With access to East Lothian’s enviable larder, the extensive food and drinks menus on offer at The Stables restaurant, in the Broc Bar and The Garden, all follow the same award-winning ‘From Nature to Plate’ philosophy that all Kitchin Group’s menus evoke.

Seasonal produce arrives daily from a collective of passionate Scottish suppliers. All fish and shellfish are treated with the greatest respect and prepared daily in our kitchen. Meat and game is brought in whole, in furs and feathers, and all the butchering is done in-house. Meat is sourced locally from East Lothian and all over Scotland. The kitchen team also forage locally for herbs, sea herbs and mushrooms.
