Introducing a series of events set to herald the arrival of each new season

Friday 26th January 2024 – A Celebration of Scottish Winter

Michelin-star Chef Owner Tom Kitchin and Kitchin Group Chef Director, Dominic Jack will be welcoming guests for a series of seasonal celebrations showcasing the wonder of Scotland’s land and seas as each new season begins.

Menus will reflect a deep-rooted ‘From Nature to Plate’ philosophy and will be designed to take guests on a journey through Scotland, as the duo share their sincere passion for their native natural larder.

The events will be hosted in The Bonnie Badger’s stylish private dining room and will begin with a welcome drink and introduction from the two Chefs, followed by an intimate 4-course dinner.

Guests will learn about the Scottish seasons and the provenance of the produce from the two Chefs, who will combine their expertise garnered working in some of the world’s leading kitchens.

The events will begin at 7.00pm, with bookings at £95.00 per person for a welcome drink, a 4-course menu and a chance to meet the Chefs. A matching wine package will also be available at £55.00.
