Our rooms, restaurant, bar and garden, all offer the perfect place to make memories and spend a magical Christmas or New Year, with the warmest Scottish welcome, every time.

A perfect festive winter escape, guests can choose to stay the night, gather for a festive feast, relish a signature seasonal cocktail, or get into the seasonal spirit at one of the inspiring winter workshops.

Winter Workshops at The Bonnie Badger

Prepare for the festive season in style with a series of winter workshops.  Each event is designed to help guests get in the festive spirit.

From Champagne Tasting to Candle Making, alongside Christmas Wreath Workshops and Children’s Storytelling sessions, a collective of local suppliers will join the team at The Bonnie Badger to help get ready for the glorious gatherings ahead.

Christmas Day

The Bonnie Badger is open on Christmas Day for both residents and non-residents.  A festive feast awaits, as guests will be taken on a gastronomic journey through Scotland with a selection of seasonal favourites matched with modern twists on classics, all showcasing the very best of Scotland’s winter larder.

Christmas Day Lunch is served in the warmth of The Stables, allowing guests to enjoy Champagne and Canapés on arrival, followed by 4 delicious festive courses, concluding with tea or coffee and our homemade mince pies.

Bookings are available at 12.30pm or 1.00pm, and 3.30pm, 4.00pm or 4.30pm.

£150 per adult / £75 per child (12-16 years old). Please note our badger cubs children’s menu will be available for children under 12.

Hogmanay Dinner

Enjoy a memorable celebration of the New Year ahead, savouring a selection of special seasonal dishes enjoyed in the cosy and convivial restaurant, The Stables.

With a traditional bagpipe welcome from 7.30pm,  the evening will begin with a welcome Champagne and Canapés in the Garden.

Dinner begins at 8.00pm in The Stables, with a celebratory 5-course menu and evening entertainment, followed by tea or coffee with homemade shortbread, and a glass of Champagne to toast the bells.

£150 per adult / £75 per child (12-16 years old.)
