A ‘From Nature to Plate’ philosophy is evident in the Afternoon Tea Menu which changes daily, aligned with the Scottish seasons.
Using the very best, locally sourced ingredients, Head Chef Matthew Budge and Head Pastry Chef, Silvia Santos have created an elegant menu, offering a seasonal selection of savoury delights, sandwiches, scones and sweet treats.
Menus celebrate outstanding local, seasonal produce thanks to a close relationship with trusted suppliers. The pastry team at The Bonnie Badger also forage locally, sourcing plants and herbs from the enviable East Lothian coastline.
Guests can choose from an extensive selection of Edinburgh tea expert, Eteaket’s loose leaf tea collection, locally foraged infusions or house blend coffee. Guests can also enjoy a glass of champagne or one of The Bonnie Badger’s seasonal cocktails.
